My goal is to spread awareness on the Polygamous Cult I was born in as well as encourage change and create a community where we can all discuss what is import to us in a happy healthy environment.
I started doing my “mystery art” about 4 years ago to raise money for Holding out Help and it was only once a year for my “Escape Anniversary” in celebration of the day I escaped the cult I was born in. You all seemed to like it so much that I was getting messages asking when the next art auction would be or if I could just paint more year round. So I decided to do just that. My mystery art has been such a rewarding project for me.
It then made me feel like I wanted to get to know all of you even better so then “CULTY CUP OF COFFEE” was born and we have had over 85 episodes together and I have enjoyed every single one! You all encouraged me to sell “Culty cups of coffee” so this is all thanks to YOU!
I never could have imagined being in a community as amazing as ours or in a community where I feel I belong especially after losing the only community I ever had known at 17 and joined the outside world…If little Amanda only knew she would get to be a part of such a supportive and Amazing community one day….maybe she would not have been so scared to make that jump.
